- Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation included. Items must be free from damage and signs of use.
- Exclusions: Customized laptops, software, and digital downloads cannot be returned. Opened software or tampered products are also ineligible for returns due to licensing and hygiene reasons.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and respond with authorization and instructions on how to proceed, including details on packaging and the return shipping address.
- Please note that returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Policy
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Please follow the same return process and specify that you are requesting an exchange.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement product.
Shipping Costs
