  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation included. Items must be free from damage and signs of use.
  • Exclusions: Customized laptops, software, and digital downloads cannot be returned. Opened software or tampered products are also ineligible for returns due to licensing and hygiene reasons.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Return an Item

  1. To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will review your request and respond with authorization and instructions on how to proceed, including details on packaging and the return shipping address.
  3. Please note that returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchange Policy

Shipping Costs
